By visiting our website or registering an account, you affirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Illuminations India Inc. is a leading Indian sales, distribution, and brand management network established in 2017. Our operations connect emerging and established consumer brands with over 100 towns, 100+ distributors, and more than 10,000 retailers nationwide.

Our online platforms provide:

• Informational resources about our pan-India distribution capabilities and partner brand catalog.
• Inquiry portals for prospective distributors, super stockists, and brand owners seeking retail placement.
• Facilitation of brand onboarding across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (regional & national), Government sector canteens (KPKB & CSD), and E-commerce/Quick-Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
• Authentication and portal access for verified business partners and authorized personnel.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access our website or submit inquiries. If you are registering an account or submitting commercial distributor/supplier applications on behalf of a partnership firm, LLP, private limited company, or proprietorship, you represent and warrant that:

• You are duly authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.
• All registration, contact, PAN, GST, and trade information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.
• Your commercial entity is legally registered and compliant with all applicable laws of India.

Submission of an inquiry through "Become a Distributor", "Partner with Us", or our contact forms represents an initial expression of commercial interest and does not create a binding dealership, distributorship, or agency agreement.

Any appointment as an authorized distributor, super stockist, CFA, or brand partner is subject to independent due diligence, commercial evaluation, credit verification, territorial assessment, and the execution of a separate definitive written commercial agreement signed by an authorized signatory of Illuminations India Inc.

All intellectual property on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "Illuminations India", corporate logos, website design, UI layout, code, software, graphics, text, and marketing collaterals, is the proprietary property of Illuminations India Inc. and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Partner Brand Trademarks: Trademarks, brand names, product packaging, and logos displayed on this site representing partner brands (including but not limited to Chef Guard, Beanut, Unifit, Akayu, Abros, Raghushree, Proads, ColorNow, and Freecia) belong to their respective brand owners and are displayed under authorized distribution arrangements. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or title in such partner trademarks.

Our website may interface with or contain links to third-party services, including logistics tracking platforms, payment gateways, and e-commerce marketplaces (such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart). Illuminations India does not control, endorse, or assume liability for third-party platforms, their privacy practices, or their content. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, ILLUMINATIONS INDIA INC. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability arising under or relating to these Terms or the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Illuminations India Inc. for accessing the digital services during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), whichever is less.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Illuminations India Inc., its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable statutory regulation.
• Your misuse of our website or services.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
• Any inaccurate or fraudulent information submitted through your account.

We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or revoke your access to the website or services if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, compromised platform security, or upon request by law enforcement authorities.

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use our website and sending an account closure request to info@illuminations-india.com.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
